OAKES, ND - (KDDR-AM) - A Texas fugitive was arrested in Oakes, North Dakota.
Reymundo Leyva, 63, was wanted for armed robbery, a weapons charge, and a parole violation. He was considered to be armed and dangerous, but was arrested without incident.
Leyva is in the Barnes County Jail in Valley City awaiting extradition to Texas.
