MOORHEAD, Minn. - The number of charges against a Moorhead man accused of tattooing teens is rising. Thirty-five-year-old Ralph Curiel is now facing 18 counts for allegedly running a tattoo shop inside his Moorhead apartment.

Court documents say Curiel, who's also known as "Monster", took photos of the girls' tattoos and transferred the images to his computer.

Prosecutors say Curiel charged between $20.00 and $175.00 for the tattoos. One girl told police she was given free tattoos for bringing other girls to the man's apartment.

Curiel remains in the Clay County jail.
