FARGO (KFGO-AM) A hit and run chase ended with a crash and two arrests in Fargo.
It started around 2:30 a.m. Wednesday when a car collided with another car at 17th Avenue and North University Drive.
The first car fled the scene heading westbound on 17th Avenue and was chased by the other driver through the NDSU campus.
It came to a halt in a field when the car being chased plunged into a ditch and flipped on its top. The other vehicle managed to stop before hitting the disabled car.
Nicholas Lindell, 23, and Willson Hallaway, 21, both of Fargo, were both charged with D-U-I. Hallaway was also cited for leaving the scene of an accident.
