GLYNDON, Minn. (KFGO-AM) - A man suspected of a gas drive-off in Glyndon, Minn. returned to the store a short time later; forcing employees to lock the doors and call police.
Glyndon Police Chief Mike Klein says when the man came back, he was wearing a mask and a panda hat. A clerk locked the doors, hit the panic button and called police. Klein says the man never made it inside the building.
Klein says the suspect led police and the Minn. State Patrol on a pursuit west on Highway 10. The chase ended a few miles away at Valley Hardwood Supply in Dilworth.
The man was taken into custody and questioned. Klein says it appears alcohol may have been involved.
