FARGO (KFGO-AM) A Fargo man is facing terrorizing and domestic simple assault charges stemming from a disturbance in the parking lot at Shotgun Sally's Rock N' Roll Saloon, 1515 42nd Street south in Fargo.
Police responded around 11 p.m. Thursday after several 911 calls reported a man with a gun outside the bar. Police are not sure what sparked the incident. Christoper Higgins, 27, was arrested without incident.
