WOLVERTON, MINNESOTA (KFGO-AM) --Firefighters from several area department's were called to a fire at a farmstead in Wilkin County Saturday morning.
KFGO's Gary Rogers rolled to the scene about 6 miles northeast of Wolverton around 6:30 a.m.
Firefighters from Wolverton, Christine, and Walcott were first to arrive. Abercrombie, Sabin and Barnesville were paged out, but they were told they could cancel while en route. Rogers says the 3 initial fire department's got a handle on the fire which was burning in a pile of old forklift tires that were between several outbuildings.
The only damage was to a shed, and it was minor.
