FARGO, ND (KFGO AM) -- A win for non-profits that operate gaming sites in Fargo.
With unanimous approval of the city commission, charitable organizations can now operate up to five gaming sites.
The previous limit was three.
The commission also removed a stipulation that the *third* site be vacant 30 days before a new site can be authorized.
Commissioners say the changes catch up with the growth of Fargo, and are on par with guidelines in other North Dakota cities.
