WEST FARGO (KFGO-AM) -- A West Fargo teacher charged with sex crimes has been suspended without pay or benefits. The school board's decision was unanimous.
Aaron Knodel had been on paid administrative leave since Feb. when the school first learned of allegations against him.
On Friday, he was charged with engaging in sexual actions with a 17-year old student in 2009. Knodel has denied the charges. The reigning North Dakota Teacher of the Year is due in court next week.
