FARGO (KFGO-AM) - Police are investigating how someone was able to put an obscene message on an electronic message board in north Fargo.
The three word message replaced traffic information that had been posted. The problem was reported by a passing driver Tuesday morning at University Drive and 40th Avenue North.
An officer temporarily shut off the sign and reported the tampering to the traffic engineer's office.
