FARGO (KFGO-AM) -- A Fargo man has pleaded not guilty to robbery and kidnapping for cutting a man with a knife who police say he met through an on-line ad for sex.
18 year-old Obsa Omer was arrested last month. Police say he'd arranged meetings with several people, promising them sex with women and men. They say his victims were then threatened and robbed. In one case, Omer stole a man's car.
Police in Fargo and Moorhead believe that there are other victims who haven't come forward.
He's charged in state court, but federal charges are possible given the interstate nature of the case.
