HARWOOD, ND (KFGO-AM) - A Harwood area man says he was near panic after nearly running over an unconscious, naked woman lying on a road early Monday near Harwood. Cass County sheriff's deputies were already in the area searching for the woman, who had fled a car crash. The man was on his way to work in Fargo when he found the woman on Cass County Road 20. Deputies arrested 22-year old Kristina Butcher of Moorhead for D-U-I. She was taken to Sanford Medical Center to be checked over before she was transported to jail.
