FARGO (KFGO-AM) -- A Fargo woman charged with manslaughter and giving false information to police in the death of her boyfriend has pleaded not guilty.
Olivia Anderson is accused of causing the death of 22 year-old Dvraughn Rutues in the early morning of March 7. Police say their investigation determined that Rutues died from injuries suffered when he fell from the hood of a car driven by Anderson during an argument. Anderson had claimed that she didn't know how he was hurt.
Anderson is scheduled to appear in court again in July.
