MOORHEAD (KFGO-AM) -- New life for a building in downtown Moorhead that's been empty for nearly 10 years.
The owner of what was Billiards on Broadway in Fargo plans to tear down the former Coaches Bar on Center ave. It will be called "Moorhead Billiards" and "Ray's T-N-T."
Mayor Del Rae Williams says its another sign that Moorhead is on the right track.
Volleyball courts and a retail center are also part of the plan for what the owner calls the area's only "upscale entertainment center."
Coaches closed in 2005 after the city refused to renew it's liquor license. The vacant building was damaged last summer after a man who broke in and started a fire.
