Zavoral's recommended creation of an Assistant City Administrator, a job that would be filled by Grubb, who would continue his current job, in addition to taking on some new responsibilities as the assistant.

After a new City Administrator is hired, the Mayor and City Commission could then decide if the assistant's position would be made permanent or eliminated.

Zavoral is also requesting an out-of-grade pay bump for the assistant's job, amounting to $10,088.00 a year.
