FARGO (KFGO-AM) -- A Fargo man has been sentenced for his role in the overdose death of a man. Nate Evenson, 27, was given 12 years in prison for conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance.
The U.S. Attorney's Office says Evenson, Seth Lund and Nicole Wadsworth, obtained heroin from a source in Minneapolis and distributed it in the F-M area. The heroin contributed to the death of Cody Conner, 30, in June of 2012.
Lund was sentenced earlier to seven years in prison. Wadsworth will be sentenced next month.
