MOORHEAD, Minn. (KFGO-AM) - An arrest warrant has been issued for a man who was supposed to stand trial Tuesday for the robbery of a south Moorhead pharmacy.
Thirty-six-year-old Ryan Sabot failed to show up for his trial in Clay County District Court.
Court documents say Sabot skipped out on a $20,000 bond.
Prosecutors say Sabot made off with pills during last November's holdup. He claimed he had a weapon but didn't show one.
Sabot has a criminal history that includes convictions for burglary in Clay and Otter Tail Counties.
