WEST FARGO, ND. (KFGO AM) -- In a surprise ceremony, West Fargo schools named its 2014-15 "Teacher of the Year".
Randy Holzkamm was recognized with the honor.
Holzkamm said he didn't see it coming. Holzkamm has taught math at West Fargo High since 1990.
