ADA, MINN. (KFGO-AM) - Thursday arraignment is set in Ada for the suspect who shot a Norman County deputy sheriff during a traffic stop nearly Perley Tuesday morning.
19-year old Steven Henderson fled the scene but was arrested two hours later without incident hiding at an abandoned farm several miles from where the shooting took place .
County Attorney James Brue has been reviewing investigative reports and says it's likely Henderson will be charged with first degree attempted murder of a peace officer.
