FARGO, ND. (KFGO AM) -- Parts of Minnesota are in for another blast of winter.
A "Winter Storm Watch" has been issued for a portion of central Minnesota into northwest Wisconsin for late tonight into early Thursday.
Heavy, wet snow accumulations of 4-to-8 inches is expected within the watch area.
The system will just "clip" the Red River Valley.
KFGO forecaster Terry Spies says snow is likely tonight and tomorrow with total amounts from 2 to 3 inches.
The National Weather Service says at this time...areas along and southeast of a line from Park Rapids to Fergus Falls look to pick up 3 to 5 inches of the late season snow by tomorrow evening.
