GRAND FORKS, ND. (KFGO AM) -- A five-year old girl was found safe, after a van she was in, was stolen from a grocery store parking lot in Grand Forks yesterday afternoon.
Police located the unoccupied van a short time later.
The girl was found a short distance away.
She wasn't hurt.
Three Grand Forks Schools went into a lockdown for about 40 minutes while police searched for the missing child.
Police say they have a person of interest in the case.
