WAHPETON, ND (KFGO-AM) - Students and staff at the North Dakota State College of Science in Wahpeton are being told to watch for suspicious activity. The advisory was issued after about 18 tires were recently slashed on 15 vehicles in a residence hall parking lot.
Vice-President of Academic and Student Affairs Harvey Link says police are still looking for who's responsible.
Link says security cameras will be installed where the vandalism occurred. “That particular parking lot does not have video surveillance equipment in it” Link said. “It is an area which we have as a high-priority, and are working (at) getting it installed.”
Link also says campus police and Wahpeton police have increased patrols.
