BISMARCK, ND. (KFGO AM) -- The North Dakota Supreme Court has disbarred a West Fargo attorney who had been charged with sexual assault and soliciting prostitution.
In 2007, David Overboe spent five days in jail after a plea deal to reduced charges of disorderly conduct.
Clients say he inappropriately touched them, exposed himself and offered reduced legal rates for sexual favors.
He had been suspended during the years of hearings.
