FARGO (KFGO-AM) Winter's not done yet. Forecasters say a powerful winter storm moving in from Colorado, laden with moisture, will impact the region Sunday night through Monday, prompting a winter storm watch.
National Weather Service meteorologist Dan Riddle says the storm's exact track is uncertain, but the potential exists for significant snowfall across portions of eastern North Dakota into northwest and west central Minnesota.
Highest snow accumulations appear to be along a line from Forman to Fargo to Bemidji where six-plus inches could fall. Winds will be pick Sunday night through Monday, creating near blizzard conditions by Monday morning.
