HARWOOD, N.D. (KFGO-AM) -- Harwood firefighters are looking into the cause of a fire that started in a camper trailer and spread to two other trailers and a boat.
The fire was reported at Larson Storage, on highway 81 around 7am Fri. Wind caused the flames to spread to the other trailers and hampered efforts to knock down the fire.
Owner Ron Larson says he was working in the shop when the fire started. He says he heard a boom and looked out the front door to see a camper trailer on fire.
He called 911 and was able to move one trailer before the fire spread.
