FARGO, N.D. (AP) - A man who threatened a synagogue in Fargo about three years ago has been sentenced to a year in federal prison.
Dominique Flanigan was accused of calling Temple Beth El in January 2011 and leaving a voice mail message threatening employees. U.S. Attorney Timothy Purdon says Flanigan pleaded guilty Monday and was sentenced to the year in prison.
The man who also is known as Kadafi Al Sadar will be on supervised release for one year following his time behind bars.
