MOORHEAD, Minn. (KFGO AM) -- Moorhead Police and Clay County Deputies performed a felony traffic stop on a vehicle near the Clay County Courthouse around 6:30 last night after a woman reported her sister had been shot in Fargo.
It turned out there was no shooting.
Police say the woman's sister was taken to the hospital after being kicked and punched by a group of people she was with because she wouldn't steal booze for them.
They also stole her belongings.
33-year old Cynthia Butcher was arrested for felony robbery.
Police say all those involved had been drinking.
