BISMARCK (KFGO-AM) -- Gov. Jack Dalrymple has appointed a Fargo lawyer to a district court judgeship.
Thomas Olson will become a judge in the East-Central District which covers Cass, Steele and Traill counties.
He'll replace Lisa McEvers who was appointed to the Supreme Court in November.
Olson has been an attorney in the Fargo area for 32 years. He's now with the Johnson, Ramstad and Mottinger law firm.
