Man arrested after bizarre incident at Moorhead Menards

MOORHEAD (KFGO-AM) -- A man was arrested following a bizarre incident at the Moorhead Menards Monday night.

A woman called 9-1-1 just after 7:30 p.m. Lt. Tory Jacobson says she told the dispatcher she noticed a man watching her from another vehicle. She said he got out through the back passenger window of the car he was sitting in and approached her and asked for a ride. She said no.  He then got into her car and started going through her purse. Jacobson says the man asked the woman for her keys but she refused.  He then got back into the vehicle he was initially sitting in and began driving away. Police pulled him over. 

Jacobson says the vehicle had been stolen from Fargo and officers found meth inside.

Miles Bryan, 24, of West Fargo, is facing multiple felony charges, including drug possession and theft of a motor vehicle.
