MINOT, N.D. (AP) - A North Dakota man has been sentenced to 10 years in prison on a federal drug charge.
Guy Willie Johnson pleaded guilty in January to possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. Authorities say he had 475 grams of methamphetamine in his vehicle when he was arrested in Williston in April 2013.
U.S. District Judge Daniel Hovland sentenced Johnson to the mandatory minimum sentence of 10 years, to be followed by five years of supervised release.
Johnson's lawyer could not be reached for comment.
