FARGO (KFGO-AM) -- Fargo Police received several 911 calls early Saturday morning after a man was seen waving a gun outside a downtown bar. Police responded to the area near the Old Broadway around bar closing time.
Guadalupe Longoria, 38, of Moorhead was arrested on charges of terrorizing and possession of meth, cocaine and drug paraphernalia.
