WAHPETON (KFGO-AM) - Two men are in the Richland County jail after investigators seized $140,000 in stolen property.
Thirty-five-year-old David Koapke of Minot and 36-year-old Benjamen Smith of Williston are charged with possession of stolen property and possession of methamphetamine.
Sheriff's investigators say a pickup, trailer, and two skid steer loaders were seized from the J-Star gas station east of Hankinson. The pickup and trailer were stolen from Williston; the skid steer loaders were stolen from Bismarck.
The investigation remains open.
