FARGO (KFGO-AM) -- A Moorhead man was arrested for DUI after flipping his car and fleeing the scene.
Tyler Conway, 22, crashed his car on the Center Avenue Bridge around 2:30 a.m. Sunday. Police say he admitted to texting and driving when it happened. He then left his car in the road and fled southbound.
Police found him underneath the bridge.
Conway was also charged for failing to remain at the scene of an accident and using a wireless communication device while driving.
