FARGO, N.D. - Fargo Police have arrested a 35-year-old Fargo man for his involvement in an assault that happened near Speck's Bar on Main Avenue
Scott Allen Moen was arrested for aggravated assault after a brutal altercation with a 35-year-old man. The victim is in the hospital.
The Fargo Police Department is asking for the public's assistance in locating 33-year-old Jason Wayne Oien, 34-year-old Jessy Duane Olson and 27-year-old Crystal Gayle Camp.
