MINOT, N.D. (AP) - Ward County authorities say they've uncovered a 35-plant marijuana grow operation in a 41-year-old Douglas man's trailer.
Floyd Hyde has been charged with three crimes, including possession of marijuana and marijuana manufacturing.
The Ward County Sheriff's Department says deputies went to check on Hyde on Wednesday after his family said they were concerned about him.
After they couldn't find Hyde, deputies entered his trailer and found the marijuana and plants. He was brought to the Ward County Jail.
The sheriff's office says Hyde is in custody and awaiting a preliminary hearing. An attorney for him is not listed.
