FARGO, N.D. (KFGO-AM) -- Letter carriers will host their 23rd annual "Stamp Out Hunger" food drive this Saturday.
The U.S. Postal Service, AFL-CIO and United Way of Cass-Clay will collect non-perishable food items to be distributed to area food banks.
Moorhead Mayor Del Rae Williams says, "I'm really impressed with the postal workers' willingness to not only carry those heavy loads but to add to that whatever we happen to have at our doors."
The "Stamp Out Hunger" food drive is the nation's largest single-day food drive.
