FARGO (KFGO-AM) - The Cass County Sheriff's Office has identified two men who were killed when an ATV struck a tree Thursday near Gardner, ND.
The driver of the ATV was 50-year-old Corby Heller; the passenger was 53-year-old Robert Schmitz. Both men were from rural Gardner.
The North Dakota Highway Patrol is still investigating the crash. Alcohol was not believed to be a factor.
