A semi pulling a flatbed trailer carrying 2,800 gallons of liquid fertilizer and 250 bushels of corn rolled in southeastern North Dakota's Sargent County Thursday afternoon.
The containers broke open and the contents were dumped into a slough.
The driver 66-year old Steven Wyum of Rutland was taken to the Oakes hosptial.
Troopers say he had a cut on his head and his eyes were burning from the fertilizer.
