North Dakota State Troopers responded to 13 property damage crashes yesterday, including two that occured on the Red River Bridge.
12 other vehicles, including seven semi's and a pickup pulling a horse trailer had to be towed out of ditches and medians along I-29 and I-94.
The patrol says visibility issues were the biggest problem outside the Fargo metro, while frost, blowing snow and exhaust condensation slicked up the interstates through town.
