BISMARCK (KFGO-AM) - A Bismarck teacher and former fiance of North Dakota Superintendent of Public Instruction Kirsten Baesler has been placed on a second day of administrative leave after a live radio appearance on KFGO's "News and Views."
Bismarck Public Schools Community Relations Director Renae Walker tells KFGO News that Superintendent Tamara Uselman decided late Tuesday that Tschosik "should take another day of administrative leave while the district studies the issue."
School officials say Tschosik was interviewed during his paid 8-hour work day; an alleged violation of school district policy.
Tschosik was interviewed by KFGO's Joel Heitkamp Tuesday about the events that led up to a confrontation with Baesler that led to her arrest for domestic assault. The charge against Baesler was later dropped.
