BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) - Rasmussen College says it's closing its Bismarck campus as more students move to take their classes online.
The college will now use its Fargo offices as the only campus hub in North Dakota.
North Dakota Campus Director Amy Beito says 93 percent of the school's students enrolled at the Bismarck campus already take their classes online and don't use the actual building.
The only program to be affected will be the college's residential medical assisting program. With 10 students it is the college's smallest program and will be discontinued after the remaining students finish their programs.
The 18,000 square-foot Bismarck building will close in November when the lease is up.
Rasmussen is a private for-profit college that has campuses in 6 states.
