BISMARCK (KFGO-AM) -- State school superintendent Kirsten Baesler says the relationship with the man who accused her of assault is over.
A state education licensing board has decided not to take any action against Baesler or her former boyfriend, Bismarck teacher Todd Tschosik.
She was arrested and charged with simple assault after a Valentine's Day argument with Tschosik. The charges were later dismissed.
Baesler, appearing on KFGO News & Views with Joel Heitkamp, says she hopes that the ordeal will be a learning experience and help her do a better job as the state's top education adminstrator.
