BOTTINEAU N.D. (AP) - An 18-year-old man has been charged with the shooting deaths of two fellow employees at a north-central North Dakota hog farm. Jeremy Rodriguez Rios is charged in Northeast District Court with two counts of felony murder in the deaths of 37-year-old Brian Story and 50-year-old Christopher Sluder. All three worked Turtle Mountain Pork, a commercial hog operation near Souris, in Bottineau County. Sluder managed the business. Investigators say Rodriguez Rios was among some workers who argued with Sluder and Story on Monday afternoon during a conversation about employee work performance. Police say Rodriguez Rios admitted to shooting the two men with a handgun on Tuesday and throwing the gun in the sewage pit below the hog barns.
