FARGO, ND. (KFGO AM) -- A Finley, North Dakota woman charged with murder in the death of her husband remains jailed on a half-million dollars bond.
60-year-old Sherry Midstokke admitted to intentionally killing her 66-year-old husband Lyle with drugs and asphyxiation.
Midstokke protested her high bail claiming she isn't a flight risk or a danger to the public.
Prosecutors want a mental health evaluation before further discussion on bail.
Her next court appearance is set for February 26th.
