FERGUS FALLS (KFGO-AM) -- Charges have been filed in a fatal crash in Fergus Falls last Wednesday.
Dianne Conn, 69, of Fergus Falls is charged with criminal vehicular homicide in the death of a 54-year old Underwood woman.
Police say Conn admitted to drinking and they found a bottle of bottle of vodka at the scene of the crash.
