DILWORTH, MINN. (KFGO-AM) - A man stabbed during a fight in Dilworth must undergo surgery for the knife wound to his back. That's according to Police Chief Ty Sharpe.
He says both men involved were friends and had been drinking when they showed up at another friend's home in the Dilworth trailer court late Monday afternoon. Others broke up the fight several times, and then called police when the stabbing occurred.
Sharpe says neither man wanted to press charges. He says the investigation will be forwarded to the Clay County Attorney to determine charges.
