FERGUS FALLS, Minn. (KFGO-AM) - Three people were injured in a head-on collision on Interstate 94 southwest of Fergus Falls. The crash happened shortly after 2 pm Monday.
Minnesota State patrol Sergeant Jesse Grabow says one driver was going west in the eastbound lane. She and a passenger were taken to Lake Region Hospital. The driver of the other car was taken by air ambulance to Fargo.
The eastbound lane was closed for about 90 minutes and traffic was detoured through Fergus Falls, where police were directing traffic.
