FARGO (AP) -- Prosecutors say a fire that destroyed a car in a parking garage in downtown Fargo was started by a man burning his divorce papers.
Charles Aldrich is facing a felony charge of endangering by fire or explosion. Aldrich is accused of intentionally setting the documents on fire last month at the Park East Apartments garage.
The fire destroyed Aldrich's vehicle and caused about $10,000 in damage to the building.
