FARGO, ND (KFGO AM) -- The Salvation Army's 2013 Red Kettle Campaign fell short of its goal.
But leaders say it won't stop them from providing important services to the FM area.
The campaign raised $872,000 of the Salvation Army's $950,000 goal.
Major Byron Medlock says cold weather, a shorter holiday season and a kettle volunteer shortage may have been the reasons for the shortfall.
