WEST FARGO (KFGO-AM) -- The North Dakota Highway Patrol has wrapped up its investigation into a fatal crash in West Fargo on Jan. 14.
Police say Rwasa Elias, 53, of West Fargo, was going 46 mph in a 30 mph zone on a damp, frosty road.
Police say Elias was weaving in and out of traffic and driving aggressively before he lost control, crossed the median and struck two cars. The S-U-V then rolled, killing his 47-year old wife, Barampama Eda.
The Cass County State's Attorney's office will review the case for charges.
