MOORHEAD (KFGO-AM) -- The Clay County sheriff's department has released the name of a man found dead by a set of railroad tracks east of Dilworth last week.
He was 47 year-old Ralph Arnold, with no permanent address. Investigators say they believe Arnold died from exposure to the cold. He was not hit by a train and there were no signs of a crime. His body was sent to the medical examiner in St. Paul for an autopsy and identification.
Arnold's body was spotted by a Burlington-Northern Santa Fe Railway employee.
